SOAR's Misson

Here at SOAR, we offer Service Coordination for adults with Developmental Disabilities. This includes but is not limited to adults with Autisum, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Neurocognitive Disfunction, Developmental Delays, Aspergers, etc. We understand that navigating resources can be challenging and overwhelming. Our hope is to assist with that process and encourage client independence by connecting them to supports and resource available to them on the A&D and DD Waver as well as State Plan Disability Services.
